Brad Scoggins
Brad has always been captivated by the outdoors, first with a fascination to save the rainforest, then becoming an eagle scout, a wish to become a veterinarian… an unfortunate skiing accident in his youth turned his attention to treating people instead of animals. He has since become a successful pediatrician in Farmington NM for several years, but the desire to do better for the planet has never waivered. He saw an opportunity to learn about beekeeping and became an “apiarist”. He was successful in this venture for several years, then the pandemic of 2020 hit and we all seemed to have a bit more time on our hands. Therefore, Bees of the San Juan was officially born and Brad hopes to continue to spread his love of bees with as many people as possible.
